回溯做包点的趣事。其实包点真的非常容易做,跟着以下的食谱试一试多做几次一定会成功。
包/馒头(首选采用全有机食料)
面粉 500g
麦片 200g
酵母Yeast 11g (选用经济包 Instant yeast)
糖 200g
清水 约1.5碗(要凭手感,不干不湿为佳)
食油 半碗
葡萄干Raisin 随兴
芝麻 随兴
Pandan leaf 香叶作垫底
以上材料搓成团后置入蒸箩上盖,待发(发酵)约半小时。煮水沸后蒸约20分钟既成。步骤简单,但难在搓面团上必须下点工夫。大家不妨试一试。
食后评语:
轩妈:“怎样,好吃吗?”
轩爸:“... ...”(摇头... 然后猛摇头)
轩儿:“好吃,很好吃!谢谢妈咪做这么好吃的包给我吃。”(笑容甜到不得了)
